Pest Notes

Within this section you will find brief descriptions of the main pests and pathogens encountered in southern Australian Eucalyptus globulus plantations.

More information is also available to IPMG members or collaborating partners through our database, which contains:

pests and pathogens found on other important tree species
more detailed descriptions of ecology and biology of pests and pathogens
high quality photographs of different lifestages
records of outbreaks of pest and pathogens at a regional and a plantation level*

The IPMG also curates a pest and pathogen collection available to researchers on a collaborative or reciprocal borrowing basis (see our list of specimens).
